As a Superintendent, Tavares manages daily field operations, trade coordination, and quality control across large-scale commercial developments. With a hands-on leadership style and an attention to detail, Tavares excels at orchestrating complex trades, navigating strict municipal inspections, and keeping projects on schedule without compromising safety. Over his 15-year career, he has successfully delivered many projects, building a reputation for clear site communication and proactive problem-solving.
As Lead Property and Facility Manager, Zena directs all physical plant operations, building systems, and ongoing facility care. Backed by 31 years of experience connecting construction handoffs to daily operations, she currently ensures preventive maintenance standards across 100+ units worth approximately 10.8 million dollars. Her hands-on oversight guarantees smooth post-construction onboarding while protecting portfolio performance and asset value.
Victory CPM is led by a 35-year-old former Captain in the United States Air Force with extensive experience in healthcare facilities management, contracting, and team leadership. During his time in the military, he was responsible for the oversight of 55 members, a $26 million operating budget and accountable for $9.1 million in equipment. As a business owner, he has successfully completed an approximately $3.2 million in completed construction spanning over 2 states. Victor will use his 14 years of experience in managing large, diverse construction teams to facilitate the overall execution and goals of the project and will ensure the project is in compliance to the building code and all other regulatory requirements.
